He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Lawrence Moran, Sr. (Alpha) and Carolyn Robinson (Carr); his wife Jackie Moran (Spears); his children, Dominique Dansby, Alena Moran, Ambria Moran and Phillip "Tre" Moran, III; his siblings, Dwayne Carr and Ninya Bostic; his stepchildren, Tyler Spears, Caleb Holbrook and Meghan Holbrook; and his grandson Acen Dansby-Joseph.
The military honors will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Crown Hill National Cemetery (725 W 42nd St, Indianapolis, IN 46208). The inurnment will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at the same location.
