He was predeceased by: his son Brian A Parker. He is survived by: his children, Shakita (Eric), Angela (Jordi), Ashley and Phillip III; and his sisters, Becky Cathy and Jennifer. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
