He was predeceased by: his father Emil Spitzer. He is survived by: his close friend Irma Leary; his siblings, Danny Spitzer (Nancy) and Vicki Spitzer (Bill); his siblings' children, Laura O'Connor (Aaron), Jody Richie and Jacob Spitzer; and his siblings, Gerald Spitzer and Lee Roller.
