We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2025, at the age of 81, Phyllis Faye Allen of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen VanValkenburg and Florence Edna McDonald VanValkenburg; her husband Jerry Wayne Allen Sr.; and her brothers, Bobby and Rex VanValkenburg.

She is survived by: her children, David Anthony Allen (Kimberly), Jerry Wayne Allen Jr. (Stephanie) and Sandra Kay Sims (Nick); her grandchildren, Justin, Heather, Tiffany, Samantha, Cheyanne, Tara and David Jr.; and her sister Deloras Means. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, extended family members, and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Washington Park East (10612 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229).
