She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Hammond (Susan Cole Hammond); her grandchildren, Kirstie Durham of Phoenix, AZ, Jake and Patricia Connolly Hammond of Essex, VT; and her great grandchildren, Skyla, Daniel, Paul and Cecelia.
