He is survived by: his wife Crystal Payne; his siblings, Anthony Alexander (LeSans), Duane Alexander, Jimmie Payne, Robert Payne, Elise Lorraine Bernard, Edwina Elaine Ferrell, Rosemary Smith (Steve), Karyn Wynne (Emerson), Madelyn Wright and Anita Hill; his aunt Frances Raine; and his close friend Maria. He is also survived by 26 nieces and nephews, numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
