He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Morris "Bob" and Lucille Brunes (Harmon); and his brother Steven Robert Brunes. He is survived by: his children, Angela "Angel" Brunes of Cloverdale and Jason Randall Brunes of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Jason Randall Brunes, II of Indianapolis, Peyton Lee Brunes of Indianapolis, Makenzie Theisen (Michael) of Lansing and Hope Brunes of Avon; his great grandchild Paisley Jade Theisen of Lansing, Michigan; his sibling's children, Crista Bradford (Chad) and Craig Brunes (Donna); and his close friend Sandy Wilcox of Cloverdale. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncle and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Myers Mortuary (1502 N Lebanon St, Lebanon, IN 46052). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
