She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Oscar Carnell and Cora Lee Dean Carnell; and her siblings, Terresa Dixon, Reginald Darrell, Kevin and Jeffery.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher J. Carnell and Danyel L. Carnell (Griffin); her siblings, Rickey, Eric, Kurt, Jim, Terrance Carnell, Yvette Carnell-Somerville (Homer), Cheryl Harlin (Melvin) and Stephanie Carnell; and her great grandchildren, Lashaunn Griffin, Sidonie Price, Rachel Williams, Shaunta Mason and Star Carnell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
