He was predeceased by : his parents, Clay Buster Hall and Nora Shrode (Hughes); and his siblings, William Buck Hall and Margaret Gresser. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Sue Hall (Roth); his children, Tim Hall (Terri), Bill Hall (Mary), Matt Peck (Lisa) and Shannon Kelly; and his grandchildren, Tracy, Travis, Bryan, Zach, Lake, Landon, Ethan, Tiffany, Kim, Sarah and Noelle.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, May 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Singleton & St. Pierre Funeral Home (7602 Madison Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Thompson Road Baptist Church (1700 E Thompson Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46227). A burial was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery (734 N Morgantown Rd, Greenwood, IN 46142).
