He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Thomas and Hilda Thomas (Brink); his wife Betty June Thomas (Boring); and his brother Harold Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Vicky (Jerry Fuqua), Steven (Mary) and Jeffrey (Deborah); his grandchildren, Amy, Jennifer, Kerry, Zachary, Emily and Craig; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Logan, Lyla, Kennedy, Spencer, Lily, Elena, William, Kade, Cole, Aidan, Morgan, Phoenix, Peyton, Garrett, Layne, Brock and Brayden; his great great grandchild Braxton; his brothers, Paul Thomas and Norman Thomas; and also Richard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Gh Herrmann Madison Ave. Funeral Home (5141 Madison Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in his memory to the American Heart Association or your local animal shelter.
