He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard J. Forsyth and Grace H. Hoey Forsyth; and his brother James Forsyth. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Forsyth; and his children, Dianna M. Sturn, Leslie M. Forsyth-Markley (Mickey), George H. Forsyth and David M. Forsyth (Mikki). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
