He was predeceased by: his father Richard Dale Congleton; his daughter Colleen Elizabeth "Kiki" Congleton; and his stepmother Nina Congleton (Raymond). He is survived by: his wife Beverly R. Congleton (Watson); his daughter Annelise C. Congleton; his sister Susan Meadows (Ken); and his stepsisters, Cindy Emily (Randy) and Lorelei Terkhorn (Steve). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Community Health Network Foundation; envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
