He was predeceased by: his parents, Plato Mills and Helen Mills (McNair); and his brother Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Jane Mills (Thornberry); his children, Amy Mills, David Mills (Jennifer), Thomas Mills (Lisa) and Melissa Swinford (Chad); his grandchildren, Garrett, Helen, Liam and Christian Mills; his children, Viktoria Williams, Taylor Edwards, Logan, Rylee, Emery, Madigan, Annabelle, Jack, Eloise, Matthew and Si Swinford; and his brother Don Ray Mills (Toni).
