He is survived by: his sister Marie Lachmayer of Indianapolis; his children, Connie Gore of Mooresville and Richard Newby (Diana McCartney) of Spencer, IN.; his grandchildren, Emylee Newby and Christopher Gore; and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Persephany Grace, Mila and Rowan.
