He is survived by: his wife Kelly Everhart; his children, Kaylee Caulk (Logan), Alyssa Everhart, Isaiah Davis, Elijah Boram, Alyvia Boram and Hayleigh Sanders; his grandchildren, Aria, Eliza, Preston, Brantley and Bailey; his mother Diane Berg; his stepfather Timothy Berg; his siblings, Jonathan Kerr (Allison), Kandy Berg, Margaret Berg and Ruby Berg; his siblings' children, Weston Kerr and Bella Kerr; his uncle Willie Boles (Veronica); and his aunts, Tamera Likens (Tom), Donna Boles and Connie Berg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to help pay for funeral expenses.
