He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hart and Carmella Hart (Mollow); and his son Mathew. He is survived by: his wife Shelly Hart (Phillips); his children, Bryan, Joshua Dixon, Michael Hart, Melissa Kean and Nicole Myers; and his siblings, Joe Hart and Diana Hart. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
