He is survived by: his children, Randy Carter (Sherry), Marilyn Lehr (Patrick), Samantha Brooks (Chris), Sabrina Tuttle (Mike) and Kyle Blake; and his siblings, Bryan Blake (Brenda), Shirley Schloesser, Vickie Layman, Karen Childers (Joe), Beverly Earehart (Scott), Jackie Eanes (Scottie), Brenda Warren (Bill), Terri Goddard and Rhonda Crawford (Ralph). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
