He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Mobley and Virgil Mobley (Galbraith); his wife Patricia Mobley (Franke); his son Thomas Mobley; and his brothers, James Mobley, Gerald Mobley and Ramon Mobley.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Austin, Teri Hogan (Steve) and Andrew Mobley; and his grandchildren, Alex Austin (Sarah), Stephanie Hogan, Samantha Kertis (AJ) and Dustin Mobley (Janae). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
