He is survived by: his wife Melody Faye Kitson (Coplen) of Patriot, IN; his daughter Nicole Kitson of Patriot, IN; his stepson Derek Andrews (Miranda) of Indianapolis, IN; his granddaughter Payton Smith of Indianapolis, IN; his sister Susan Johnson; his parents-in-law, Steve and Sharon Coplen of Patriot, IN; his siblings-in-law, Mark, Robin Coplen of Patriot, IN, Jackie Coplen of Warsaw, KY and Kelly Taylor of Patriot, IN; his nieces and nephews, Laura Currie, Brandon Coplen (Jessica), Courtney Rose (Payton), Erica Clark (Patrick), Steven Coplen (Heather) and Jessi Coplen (Abbi); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lenyia Henson, Lamont Henson, Lazarus Henson, Brady Coplen, Addie Coplen, Scarlett Rose, Hunter Merida and Joey Merida.
