He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Sitzman and Helen Sitzman; his sister Mary Ann Barnhill; and his daughter Anne Hook. He is survived by: his wife Mary Carter; his siblings, Dorothy Weidekamp and Richard Sitzman (Mary Sitzman); and his children, Robert (Linda), James (Patricia), Mary (Kurtis), William (Barbara) and Stephen (Caroline). He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren as well as 18 great-grandchildren.
