She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph C. Bennett and Dorothy B. Bennett (Stanley); her grandson James Lewis; her siblings, Mary Bennett, Betty Emhardt, Lela Patterson, Carey Bennett and Stephen Bennett; and her sons-in-law, Robert Thompson and Dale Wolcott, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Lynn Wolcott, Ricky Lee Chalifoux, Debra Kidwell (Jerry) and Linda Elaine Thompson; and her grandchildren, David Alan Thompson, Rachel Ann Waltz, Nichole Elaine Newton, Megan Lynne Hollensteiner, Roberta Grace Thompson, Christina Marie Brownsing, Dale Edward Wolcott III and April Lynn Shin. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Gh Herrmann Madison Ave. Funeral Home (5141 Madison Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
