He was predeceased by: his father Kermit "Kenny" Sizemore; and his brother Darren Sizemore. He is survived by: his mother Mary Sizemore; his sister Cynthia Sizemore (Lisa); his sons, Chad Sizemore (Donna) and Cody Sizemore; his grandson Wyatt Sizemore; his sibling's children, Damon Sizemore, Elijah, Amanda Sizemore and Mandi; and his cousins, David and Allen Sutton.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gh Herrmann Madison Ave. Funeral Home (5141 Madison Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
