He was predeceased by: his parents, Alra Sullivan Sr. and Georgia Hilder Sullivan; and his siblings, Alra Sullivan Jr. and Linda Alkin. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sullivan; his children, Kimberly Webb, Phillip Sullivan (Missy) and Ronald Sullivan; the mother of his children Anita Van Allen; his brothers, Don Sullivan of Indiana and John Sullivan of Massachusetts; and his stepsons, Kevin Jeter (Jessica) and Justin Jeter (Lorraine). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 8 step-grandchildren, and a host of many nieces and nephews.
