He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kiel and Florence Kiel; and his brother Steve Kiel. He is survived by: his wife Vivian I. Kiel; his children, Michael Kiel (Tami), Stephen Kiel (Jo) and Eve Alexander (Doug); his grandchildren, Alex Kiel (Tara), Ashtyn Crawford (Cory), Austin Kiel (Katie), Aaron Kiel (Carolyn), Brandon Kiel (Melissa), Lauren Anderson (Jacob), Henry Alexander (Stephanie) and Emma Alexander; and his siblings, Bettie Jackson, Maurice Kiel, John Kiel and Andrew Kiel. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Nativity Catholic Church (7225 Southeastern Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46239). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
