She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Groce and Fannie Groce; her husband Ernest Ivan "Jim" Blaylock; and her siblings, Will Ed, Lucille, Ruby, Paul and Wanda.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Blaylock, Thresa Sprague (Jim), Mark Blaylock (Kim), Roxanne Hasty (William), Deborah Wasson (Roger), Joe Blaylock and Terri Mullinix (James). She is also survived by her 19 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and 3 bonus great-grandchildren.
