He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldridge Ross and Novella Shelby; his grandparents, Roy, Henry Shelby and Augusta Shelby; and his sister Joyce Naomi Apple.
He is survived by: his wife Janice M. Ross; his children, Byron E. Ross (Arthena Ross) and Diana M. Ross; his grandchildren, Chelsea Ross, Eric Ross, Cameron Ross and Jasmine Jones (Aaliyah Jones); and his great grandchild LeeAnna Williams.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Crown Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery Remembrance Hall (700 W 38th St, Indianapolis, IN 46208). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
