He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Daye Smith (Shannon) of Westfield, IN and Natalie Eve Groce (Chris) of New Palestine, IN; his grandchildren, Amaya Smith, Brady Groce, Phoebe Smith and Bryce Groce; and his siblings, Ross Smith (Diana), William Smith (Ann) and Nancy Smith.
