He was predeceased by: his mother Connie Dugan; and his brother Tony Dugan. He is survived by: his children, Russell David Dugan Jr. (Christina), David Russell Dugan (Nancy) and Carrie Ann Dugan (Travis); and his siblings, John Dugan, Linda Dugan and Donna Knowles.
