He was predeceased by: his son Steven R. Deckard. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Matthew Deckard (Lisa) and Jeannie Deckard-Jinkins (Larry); his daughter-in-law Margaret Deckard; and his sister Jacquelyn Buckrop. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
