He is survived by : his mother Ashley Wade; his brother Stephen Wade; his grandparents, Richard and Stephanie Gentle; his uncles, Shamar Gentle and Richard Gentle Jr.; and his great-grandparents, Daphne Mackinnon and Loretta Peters. He is also survived by Aunts/Uncles/Cousins.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Washington Park East Cemetery - Washington Park (10612 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229).
