Samuel Fowler Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel Fowler in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on July 28, 2025 at the age of 35. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his niece Brayleigh Adkins; his brother Thomas Fowler; and his grandparents, Maxwell Fowler, Russell Secrest and Phyllis Secrest.
He is survived by: his parents, Steven Fowler and Julie Fowler; his sister Katelyn Adkins (Zachary); his children, Judah and Gracelyn Fowler; his grandmother Roberta Fowler; and his nephews, Zaden, Jaxon, Hudson and Keaton Adkins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gas City Performing Arts Center (100 Auditorium Dr, Gas City, IN 46933). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Grant County Sheriff's Chaplaincy Program, 214 E. 4th Street, Marion, Indiana 46952-reflecting Sam's commitment to helping those in need.
