Though Sandra may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Sandra leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Reid and Hassie Reid; her husband Charles Phillips; her daughters, Sandy Phillips and Jody Reid (Baby Sister); and her grandson Daniel Woodruff.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Phillips (Susan) and Charles Phillips (Teresa). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
