She was predeceased by: her husband Russell R. Graphman; her parents, Clyde T. Hodges Sr. and Caroline M. Hodges (Rasner); her son Rusty Shinkle; and her siblings, Tom Hodges and Linda M. Gatlin (Hodges).

She is survived by: her daughter Melinda K. Quirke (Shinkle); and her grandchildren, Corey Giltner (Amy), Kyle Giltner (Julia), Sam Giltner (Rachel), Michelle Shinkle and Jean Shinkle. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and nieces and nephew.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association or the giver's favorite charity.
