He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene J. Schwartz and Thelma Schwartz; and his siblings, Frances Greenberg, Mary Ann Freudenthal, Rosetta Siegel and Howard Schwartz.
He is survived by: his spouse Dee Muschel (Doris); his children, Dr. Alan Schwartz (Jennifer), Todd Schwartz (Leslie) and Robyn (Josh); and his grandchildren, Ethan, Jonathan, Samantha, Emily Schwartz, Ryan and Ian Plaskoff.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Congregation Shaarey Tefilla or a charity of the donor's choice.
