He is survived by: his wife Juliann Coffman; his children, Corey (Trisha), Jadess (Cole), Brandon (Emily), Samantha (Austin), Christian (Kylee), Haley and Shane; his grandchildren, Aliyah, Channing, Xaviar, Julia, Andrew, Isaiah, Elijah, Cameron, Tristian, Brayden and Bella; and his sisters, Heidi and April.
