Sidney Mishkin Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sidney Mishkin of Indianapolis, Indiana, born in North Charleroi, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 29, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Nathan Mishkin and Edith Mishkin (Bergstein); his brother Allen Mishkin; and his nephew Michael Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lasky Mishkin; his stepson Sid; his children, Tracy Mishkin (Martin Ruelas), Jennifer Mishkin-Krause (Andreas Krause) and Joe Mishkin (Kelly Lay); his sisters, Toby Kramer and Debbie Mishkin; his grandson Ray Kelley Mishkin; and his nephews, Jim and Bob Kramer.

COVID-19 vaccination cards (or negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of entry) will be required to enter the building (ages 12+), masks are also required.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to Congregation Beth-El Zedeck, Wilmington College, Wilmington, OH, and the Maurer School of Law or the Borns Jewish Studies Program at Indiana University.
