With solemn reverence, we commemorate Stephen Christopher Ley (Indianapolis, Indiana), whose life came to an end on July 17, 2025 at the age of 59, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Stephen Christopher may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Stephen Christopher touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Ley. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his sons, Joshua of Saratoga Springs, UT. and Christopher Ley (Jolynn) of Saratoga Springs, UT.; his father Glynn Ley (Carol); and his sister Christine Gibson (Craig). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A Mass will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church (300 11800 S, Draper, UT 84020). A burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (435 W Troy Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46225).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Stephen's name to Utah High School Cycling League (https://www.utahmtb.org), Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church or the Huntsman Cancer Institute.
