He was predeceased by: his parents, Mayburn Ross and Marilyn Jane Borden (Chapman); his grandchildren, Maxwell and Abigail; and his brother Mike.
He is survived by: his children, Sally Codarmaz and Stephen R. Borden II; his grandchildren, Deric, Cayleigh and Layla; his great grandchild George; and his sister Kathy Cernero. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Flanner Buchanan Funeral Home (5463 Kentucky Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46221). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
