He was predeceased by: his parents, Donnel Elsworth and Lois Jean Elsworth (Donaldson). He is survived by: his wife Nikki; his children, Corrie Rodenbeck (Johnny Logan), Melanie Foraker (Ed) and Donald Elsworth; his stepson Jack Smythe-Dillon (Georgina); his grandchildren, Aria, Raven Rodenbeck, Kai Logan, India Powers (Patrick), Dayton, Noah Elsworth, Harrison and Darcie-Rose Smythe-Dillon; his great grandchild Braydon Foraker; and his brother Mark Elsworth (Toni). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
