He was predeceased by : his parents, Lloyd Liscomb and Delores Eads (Benefiel); his siblings, Patricia Begley, Joe and Jason Liscomb; and his son-in-law Craig Herbert.

He is survived by : his wife Yvonne Liscomb; his children, Windi Herbert, Steve Liscomb II and Tina Davenport (Shawn); his stepchildren, Gary Davis and Carey Brosmer (Jerry); his grandchildren, Austin, Caleb, Isabella, Cameryn, Ava and Ashton; and his brothers, Lucky, Eric and Cliff Liscomb.
