He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel "Nat" W. Parsley and Garnet M. Parsley (Voyles); his brother Larry Parsley; and his brother-in-law Daniel Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Jason Parsley of Trafalgar and Laura Lippert (Johnny III) of Greenwood; his sister Nancy Wilson of Morgantown; and his grandchildren, Bryce, Brooklynn, Dylan Rowley, Nathan Lyle Parsley, Johnny IV and Lincoln Lyle Lippert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
