He was predeceased by: his father John "Tom" Putnam; his stepmother Betty Putnam; his brother John Putnam (Cindy); and his great-nephew Beckett Hathaway. He is survived by: his mother Alice Osman; and his siblings, Shareen Klasing (John), Theresa Pritchard, Michelle Huff (Jeff) and Michel Putnam (Kim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
