She is survived by: her husband Charles Allen Vibbert, Sr.; her siblings, Beverly Chandler and Robert Chandler (Mary); her children, Marcella Penry (Tommy) and Charles Vibbert (Amber); and her niece JennyLou. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
