He is survived by: his children, Tara Napier of Beech Grove and TJ Napier (Susie) of Sacramento, California; his grandson John Parker of Greenwood, Indiana; his great grandchild Charlotte Parker; his fiancée Terri Baldwin; his partner's daughter Chloe; his fiancés, Austin and Kimberly Gray; and his siblings, Jack (Sarah) of Leslie County, Sam (Nancy) of Vero Beach and Linda Crawford of Hazard, Kentucky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM.
