It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry K. Strain in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on November 3, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Terry K. Strain to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Strain (Huddleston) and Elmer Strain; and his siblings, Max Strain, Elmer Strain, Jr., Bud Strain, Bob Strain and Patsy Strain.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Strain (Healy); his daughter Amanda Nicole Strain; and his siblings, Ken Strain, Sr., Jack Strain and Janet Manley (Strain). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Beech Grove Independent Nazarene Church (5152 Hornet Ave, Beech Grove, IN 46107). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Harmony Cemetery (9939 IN-63, Farmersburg, IN 47802).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial contribution be made to Beech Grove Independent Nazarene Church & School.
