With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thad Christopher Yanis of Indianapolis, Indiana, born in Marion, Indiana, who passed away on December 12, 2023 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Ruben Yanis and Karen Elaine Yanis (Ehmer); his siblings, Jeff Yanis (Aimee) and Tara Richwine (Kent); his siblings' children, Whitney Eck (Karl), Catilin Yanis (Derek Wilson), Karlee Christy (Nate), Harper Richwine, Keaton Robinson and Ellery Robinson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlie Eck, Emersyn Eck, Baker Eck and Hadlee Christy.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions to Roncalli High School STARS Resource Program, Attn: Advancement Office, 3300 Prague Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46227-7096. Please note with donations that they are in memory of Thad Yanis.
