She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lyles and Lennie Lyles; her brothers, Robert and Frank Lyles; and her children, Robert Stevenson and Patty Tucker Martin (Tony).

She is survived by: her children, Loretta Rush, Linda Metzger (Dino), Leah Montez (Antonio), Clinton Tucker and Ronald "Jay" Stevenson; and her nieces, Barbara Lyles and Donna Lyles. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.
