Thomas Ayres Buschmann Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Ayres Buschmann of Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on April 29, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Buschmann and Jane Durflinger (Shook); and his brother William Buschmann. He is survived by: his wife Katie (Whitaker); his daughters, Laura Foster and Sarah Buschmann; his son-in-law Matthew Foster; his grandchildren, William and Jane Foster; his sister Diane Hensel (Charles); his sibling's children, Rachel Whiteside, Ashley Whiteside-Kluchki (Christopher), Blaine Buschmann (Katie) and Bryant Buschmann; and his great-nieces, Taylor and Samantha Buschmann.

Tom was a loyal friend and had a huge generosity of spirit, so in lieu of flowers, our family has chosen two charities that represent two of Tom's passions, animals and music.
