He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Johnson and Lillie Mae Johnson (Duncan); his wife Kathleen Johnson; and his children, Sherry Johnson, Timothy Johnson and Lisa Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny Johnson (Terri) and Thomas Johnson (Tammy). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
