He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Marsh and Ida Marsh (Arthur). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Marsh (Grable); his children, Anthony Phillips of Port Angeles, Kerry Phillips of Kellogg, ID, Daniel Phillips of Indianapolis and Honi-Jo Rodriquez of Palm Beach; and his sister Jenny Baker of Columbus Ohio. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
